Certification Prep

Pass CSA, CSSA, and LSA — honestly and prepared

A structured path through the official Pega Academy missions, reinforced with drills, scenario practice, and a readiness review, so you walk into the exam genuinely ready.

Certification that means something

A Pega certification is only valuable if it reflects skills you actually have. Hiring managers have learned to spot credentials that do not survive the first technical conversation, and a certificate you cannot back up does more harm than good. Our entire approach to certification prep is built on a simple principle: we prepare you to earn it, not to game it.

We anchor every track to the official Pega Academy mission for that certification — the same curriculum Pegasystems uses to define what the exam tests. Around that backbone we add the things self-paced study usually misses: concept drills that force recall, scenario questions that mirror how the exam frames problems, and a mentor who can explain why an answer is right, not just that it is.

Three certification tracks

Each track maps to a real Pega credential and a clear stage in your growth as an architect.

Foundation

CSACertified System Architect

The entry credential. Proves you can build a Pega application: case design, the data model, UI views, basic decisioning, reporting, and core security.

  • Pega operating model & App Studio
  • Case lifecycle and data modeling
  • Views, when rules, decision tables
  • Access groups, roles, and reporting
Intermediate

CSSACertified Senior System Architect

The working-architect credential. Goes deep on integrations, security, performance, asynchronous processing, and designing for reuse and maintainability.

  • Connect-REST/SOAP & integration design
  • OAuth 2.0 / SAML security
  • Queue processors and job schedulers
  • Performance, Guardrails, and debugging
Advanced

LSALead System Architect

The design-authority credential. Centered on enterprise application structure, the class and ruleset architecture, and making sound, defensible design decisions at scale.

  • Enterprise class structure & layers
  • Application & ruleset architecture
  • Case design at scale, data strategy
  • Design trade-offs and governance

Exam codes, question counts, and passing scores change over time — always confirm the current details on the official Pega Academy site.

Our prep method

  1. 1

    Map to the official mission

We start from the Pega Academy mission for your target so nothing tested is left to chance — and nothing irrelevant wastes your time.

  2. 2

    Drill the concepts

Active-recall drills on the rules, terms, and patterns the exam loves to probe, so the knowledge is retrievable under time pressure.

  3. 3

    Practice in scenarios

Scenario-based questions that mirror the exam's framing, with explanations of the reasoning behind each correct answer.

  4. 4

    Readiness review

An honest go / not-yet assessment before you book. If you are not ready, we tell you — and what to close first.

Why we will not sell you shortcuts

Brain dumps, paid proxies, and "guaranteed pass" schemes all share one flaw: they certify a person who cannot do the work. The exam might be cleared, but the job interview, the probation period, and the first production incident are not.

Pega's certification policy explicitly prohibits using or sharing live exam content, and violations can revoke your credential. More importantly, your reputation is the real asset — and it is built on being able to do what your certificate claims.

So our deal is straightforward: we make the honest path as efficient and well-supported as it can be, and you do the learning. That is the version of certified that actually advances a career.

Certification FAQs

Do you guarantee I will pass?

No honest trainer can guarantee an exam result, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we guarantee is a preparation process aligned to the official Pega Academy mission, real practice, and a candid readiness review so you sit the exam only when you are genuinely ready.

Do you provide exam dumps or answer keys?

Never. Brain dumps violate Pega's certification policy and, more importantly, leave you unable to do the job you were certified for. We prepare you to earn the credential honestly. That is the only version of certification that helps your career.

How is certification prep structured?

We follow the official Pega Academy mission for your target certification, reinforce each module with concept drills and scenario-based questions, and run periodic checkpoints. Before you book the exam, we do a readiness review and tell you honestly where you stand.

Which certification should I start with?

Almost everyone should start with CSA, even experienced developers new to Pega — it establishes the operating model the later exams assume. From there, CSSA and then LSA build on that foundation.
