Project Mentorship
Get unstuck on real Pega work — transparently
One-on-one mentorship for professionals upskilling on the job. Live debugging, design reviews, and best-practice guidance, built to be visible to your team — never a hidden proxy.
Mentorship, not a stand-in
There is an honest version of "job support" and a dishonest one, and the difference matters. The dishonest version has someone secretly do your work or sit your interviews — which deceives your employer, puts your job at risk, and leaves you no more capable than before. We do not offer that, and we will turn down the request if you ask.
The honest version is mentorship: a senior Pega architect who pairs with you on the hard problems, reviews your designs, and helps you level up while you deliver. You stay in the driver's seat. You do the work, you understand it, and over time you stop needing the help. That is the entire point — to make you genuinely good, not permanently dependent.
It is the same way a strong senior colleague would support you if you were lucky enough to sit next to one. We just make that available on demand, focused entirely on Pega, and shaped around the problems actually in front of you.
What mentorship covers
Practical, hands-on help with the work you are actually doing.
Live debugging
Pair on a real problem — a connector throwing status-fail, a data page that will not refresh, a stuck queue processor — and learn the diagnostic method, not just the fix.
Design & code review
Bring a case design, ruleset structure, or integration approach and get a senior architect's review against Pega best practices and Guardrails before it ships.
Best-practice guidance
Ongoing access to ask the questions that documentation does not answer — the trade-offs, the patterns, the 'is this the Pega way to do it?' moments.
Confidence on the job
Upskill while you deliver, so you grow into the role you are in instead of feeling permanently one step behind it.
Where we draw the line
Being explicit about this protects you as much as it reflects our values.
What we do
- Pair with you on real problems so you learn the method
- Review your designs, code, and architecture
- Explain trade-offs and Pega best practices
- Help you prepare to do your job well — openly
- Work from sanitized examples that respect confidentiality
What we will not do
- Sit interviews or assessments pretending to be you
- Log into your employer's systems as you
- Secretly do your job while you take the credit
- Help you misrepresent your skills to get hired
- Anything that deceives an employer
Mentorship FAQs
Is this 'job support' where you do my work for me?
No. We mentor you to do your own work better. We will pair with you, review your designs, and unblock you on hard problems — but you do the work and you understand it. We do not log into your employer's systems pretending to be you, and we do not deliver work in secret.
Will my employer have a problem with this?
Mentorship is designed to be transparent. Bringing in a mentor or coach to upskill is normal and defensible — many teams encourage it. We recommend being open with your manager, and our format is built to be something you can talk about, not hide.
How is confidentiality handled?
We respect your employer's confidentiality. We work from sanitized examples and your own understanding of the problem rather than asking you to expose proprietary code or data you are not authorized to share. Good mentorship never requires breaking your obligations.
How are mentorship sessions scheduled?
Flexibly — typically recurring one-on-one sessions plus async access for quick questions between sessions. We shape the cadence around your real workload and the problems you are facing.
